    • The secretary for THIS meeting should go into the BB Lit Circles folder on Google Drive and find the "Secretary Notes template" and make a copy of this document.
    • The secretary needs to drag their copy of this document into the group's "1st meeting folder" and fill it out as the group discussion is going on
    • Your group folder for the 1st meeting should now contain:
